Features & Benefits

The Lotus Graduate Training Scheme runs over two years, which comprises six four-monthly placements, with the aim to provide as many wide and diverse experiences over the 2 year period, prior to moving to a permanent position. Excellent opportunities are provided across all disciplines in the business. Those with an Engineering degree Qualification will work in Powertrain/Vehicle/Non-Engineering placement in year one. Non Engineers will work in appropriate business related areas across the group.

Placements/rotations are determined between the business and Human Resources and will change in line with business demands.

Each successful applicant will have a mentor and buddy allocated on arrival to the business. Mentors will support you throughout your training period.
