Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role):
 To offer support to the dealer network with all aspects of ASO function. With new investment we are committed to creating a dealer network across China.  This role will be pivotal to our success and will have the potential to drive many other aspects of the business across this new market territory.
 
  • To deliver support and guidance to our colleagues, dealers & customers, with primary responsibility for the China market.
  • Initially to learn all aspects of ASO and dealer support across current markets.
  • Apply these support functions to colleagues, dealers and customers.
  • Respond to dealer enquiries, maintain back order status, ensure all information is effectively communicated to the dealer network, chase all outstanding orders through to shipping, take ownership of all dealer issues to conclusion, escalate all unresolved concerns to line manager.
  • To build strong relationships with dealership staff & management, utilize outstanding communication skills to ensure that our customers are kept informed of their account status on a regular basis and informed of any changes to that status at the earliest opportunity.
  • Support of all ASO functions where language skills make for clear concise communications.
     
Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)
  • Fluent Mandarin (Chinese)
  • I.T. Literate
  • Strong administration skills in a sales environment
  • Can do attitude, punctual, with focus on the detail.
