Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role):
The Future:
 
This position enables the individual to understand all aspects of the sales processes and provides them with a solid foundation to develop further skills within the Sales Operations and Cars Commercial team.
 
Role purpose:
  • Provide timely information to the Head of Sales ASIA/Americas and respective Sales Managers to assist in managing their network, this will include retails, wholesale, stock, orders and any other information along with tracking financial performance against set targets.
  • Preparation of order forms, price lists, market analysis and management reports.
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales Operations.
Job description
  • Manage and continuously update the sales teams with their performance against wholesale, retail, stock, order targets and incentives.
  • Monitor dealer/distributor payments against plan and report any issues/concerns.
  • Field sales and business enquiries from the dealer network and sales managers.
  • Provide production forecasts to the Head of Sales Operations and support to the Head of Sales Asia/Americas and respective Sales managers.
  • Co-ordinate projects such as 'new' model introductions, including price lists and order forms.
  • Monitor dealer stock making sure accurate data is kept within the sales database, ensuring this is distributed to the Head of Sales ASIA/Americas and respective Sales Managers on a weekly basis.
  • Raise, process and distribute CSR's for one-off build requests from dealers.
  • Co-ordinate projects such as 'new' model introductions and issue documentation to the dealer network.
  • Overseeing the organising and coordinating of distributor/dealer/customer visits to Hethel and provide the administrative support to the Commercial team.
Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)
 Knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Proficient literacy and numeracy
  • Previous experience in a office environment, with a preference specialsing in administration
  • Advanced Excel and Macros 
  • Office based experience
  • Analytical, Proactive, Adaptable with a key to attention of detail
  • Honest and Hardworking
