Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role):

· Build business solutions from requirements & user stories, using low code applications, predominantly the SharePoint/O365 development tool kit, but also BPM K2

· Develop complex content management solutions integrating with other O365 solutions and external systems as needed

· Develop and carry out test plans

· Configure, model and troubleshoot data integration points of business systems and complementary technologies

· Participate in review meetings and provide updates on requirements, design, test cases etc.

· Consider system design and the application roadmap, make recommendations and implement to leverage the applications

· Optimise the application by building foundational objects

· Provide 2nd line support to business users

· Enable the service desk to provide appropriate 1st line support

· Carry out user experience analysis, make recommendations and implement when agreed


Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)

· Significant experience of developing SharePoint

· Ability to capture and document requirements

· Ability to work in an ‘agile’, iterative way –ie developing prototypes, obtaining business approval.

· Experience of developing Business orientated solutions

· Understanding of .net architecture

· Experience of developing HTML, JavaScriptJQueryXMLCSSAjax and Bootstrap

· Excellent database development, such as SQL/MySQL

· Significant experience of developing .net using Visual Studio and C#
